Pawsonal Training Program Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before engaging in our in-home dog training services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided:
We, Pawsonality, offer in-home dog training services aimed at providing behavioral guidance and training for your canine companion(s). Our services include personalised training sessions conducted at your home.
2. Client Responsibilities:
a. The client agrees to provide accurate information about the dog’s behavior, medical history, and any other relevant details.
b. The client is responsible for providing a safe and comfortable environment for the trainer, the dog and themselves during the training sessions.
c. The client acknowledges that consistent practice of the training techniques outside of the sessions is crucial for successful results.
3. Trainer Responsibilities:
a. Our trainers will provide expert guidance and training techniques based on their knowledge and experience in dog training.
b. Trainers will ensure the safety and well-being of the dog during the training sessions.
c. While every effort will be made to improve the dog’s behavior, no specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed, as each dog’s response to training varies.
4. Payment and Fees:
a. The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the in-home dog training services prior to the commencement of the training.
b. Any additional fees, such as travel expenses or special equipment, will be discussed with the client and agreed upon in advance.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
a. The client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of training sessions.
b. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
c. The trainer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or emergencies. In such cases, efforts will be made to provide an alternate session time.
6. Liability:
a. The client agrees to assume full responsibility for their dog’s behavior during and after the training sessions.
b. The client acknowledges that any damages or injuries caused by their dog will not hold Pawsonality or its trainers liable.
c. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Pawsonality and its trainers harmless from any claims, actions, liabilities, or expenses arising from their dog’s behavior.
7. Confidentiality:
a. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the training sessions.
b. The client agrees not to share or reproduce any training materials provided by Pawsonality without explicit permission.
8. Termination of Services:
a. Pawsonality reserves the right to terminate the training services if the client fails to adhere to these terms and conditions, or if the dog poses a danger to the trainer or any other individuals.
b. In the event of termination, any remaining training sessions will not be refunded.
9. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and/or the appropriate Local Government Area. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
By engaging in our in-home dog training services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
