Group Class Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before engaging in either our Puppy School or Life Skills services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Enrollment and Registration:
All participants must complete the enrollment and registration process before attending classes.
2. Class Schedule:
Pawsonality will provide a schedule of classes, including dates, times, and locations.
Pawsonality reserves the right to change the schedule with prior notice to participants.
3. Payment:
Fees are due in full prior to the first class unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon.
Payment methods accepted will be specified by Pawsonality.
4. Attendance:
(i) Puppy School
Participants are expected to attend all classes. Missed classes will not be refunded or rescheduled.
If a participant must miss a class, a link to a youtube video of a previous class will be provided. The participant is responsible for catching up on the material covered.
The participant acknowledges that consistent practice of the training techniques outside of the class is crucial for successful results.
(ii) Life Skills
Cancellations will only be accepted with 24 hours notice.

5. Health and Vaccinations:
(i) Puppy School
All puppies must at a minimum have had their first puppy vaccine prior to the first class, and should be otherwise healthy.
Participants must provide proof of vaccinations upon request.
(ii) Life Skills
All dogs must be fully vaccinated, and should be otherwise healthy.
Participants must provide proof of vaccinations upon request.
6. Aggressive Behavior:
Participants must notify Pawsonality if their puppy displays aggressive behavior toward other dogs or humans.
Pawsonality reserves the right to remove any puppy from class if it poses a danger to others.
7. Refund and Cancellation:
(i) Puppy School
Refunds will not be issued after the start of the course.
Pawsonality may cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, and refunds may be issued in the event that classes are unable to be rescheduled.
(ii) Life Skills
Pawsonality may cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances, and refunds will be issued in the event that classes are cancelled. Classes will not be rescheduled.
8. Liability:
Participants are responsible for the actions and behavior of their puppies during classes and in class venues.
9. Confidentiality
The client agrees not to share or reproduce any training materials provided by Pawsonality without explicit permission.
10. Termination:
Pawsonality reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any participant for violations of these terms and conditions or disruptive behavior.
11. Communication:
The school may communicate with participants through email, phone, or other means for administrative purposes.
12. Amendments:
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. The most up-to-date version is published on pawsonality.com.au
14. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and/or the appropriate Local Government Area. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
By enrolling in our puppy school, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
