Pups with Pawsonality Puppy School

Pups with Pawsonality Puppy School is a group class where you attend with your puppy to learn aspects of socialisation, handling & health checks, preventing problem behaviours, and a few basic obedience life skills.
Puppies 8 to 18 weeks of age, all breeds welcome!
Duration: 1-hour per week for 4-weeks
Cost: $200
Minimum first puppy vaccination is required
There are two locations:
Quakers Hill
- Saturday mornings, two times offered dependent on demand

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Do you cover toilet / potty training?
Toilet training is not specifically covered in class as differences in the home environment are difficult to consider. We do talk in general terms and can provide additional resources for this though. If you are still struggling to toilet train your pup, please consider an in-home session.
What if I’m not available for one week of class, or miss a week due to illness or emergency?
What we can do is provide you with a link to a video version of the missed lesson and an in-person briefing at the end of the previous lesson or before the next lesson (whichever works & time permitting). If the last week / graduation is missed there are many options to finalise puppy school and get your puppy’s certificate to you that we can discuss. You are also provided with all training materials and ongoing support.
What if a whole lesson is cancelled, if it’s raining or whatever?
If any of the classes are cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the curriculum is rolled forward to a 5th week, possibly at a different time. If this is not possible a makeup class will be offered, preferably in-person, though if necessary it may be switched to live online (to prevent delays & get you started while the pups are still in their optimum learning period).
If more than one week is impacted with cancellations (such as during an extreme weather event) other action may be taken, such as extending class time, combining lessons, offering in-home sessions, etc. If the arrangements don’t suit, you are of course within your rights to request a refund for the unused portion, and will not be provided training materials.
Can I bring my family / children?
Family is welcome to come along! No more than 5 adults please, and anyone under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Will there be photos and videos taken?
Yes. Any digital photography or videography may be used for the purpose of advertising by Pawsonality and venues, across all media. You can opt out of having photos or videos posted publicly, just let us know.
Can I pay in installments or split payment?
Yes, by agreement. It is preferred that payment be made by bank transfer in full before week 1 to secure your spot. We understand differing circumstances and are very happy to discuss options and document a payment plan if needed, absolutely.
